What is the return policy?

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • In original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., underwear, socks, final sale items).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 6–12 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and production time.
